Is it possible to domicile a company in Belgium without physically residing there?
Yes — that is the very principle of domiciliation: a company's registered office is separate from its director's home. You can therefore domicile your company at a Belgian address without living there — including as a non-resident — and manage everything remotely.

Registered office and home: two distinct things
The registered office is the company's administrative and legal address; it need not coincide with the director's place of living. An entrepreneur based abroad can therefore set up a Belgian company and domicile it at a business address in Belgium. EU nationals are free to establish themselves; for a self-employed activity, a non-EU national may need a professional card, but this does not concern the domiciliation of the address as such.
Managing everything remotely, from abroad
Modern domiciliation is built for remote management: electronic signing of the agreement, digitised mail viewable online, email notifications, forwarding to your country. You follow your official mail (FPS Finance, VAT, courts) wherever you are, with no travel. The center identifies you remotely under its obligations (KYC) and keeps your supporting documents.
