These terms of use govern the use of the Domiciliation Belgique platform, an online directory published and operated by Espero-Soft Informatiques SRL (CBE BE 1033.022.383), with registered office at Rue de la Colonne 1A, 1080 Molenbeek-Saint-Jean. By using the Platform, you accept these terms. The detailed commercial conditions (role as intermediary, partner center subscriptions, ranking, liability) are set out in the General Terms of Use and Sale, available on the Platform.

"Platform" refers to the Domiciliation Belgique website and application. "User" refers to any natural or legal person using the Platform. "Center" refers to a listed provider offering domiciliation, coworking or related services. "Platform Services" refers to the search for, comparison of and connection with Centers, as well as the features offered to partner centers.

Domiciliation Belgique is an online directory that connects users with domiciliation centers, coworking spaces and related services in Belgium. The Publisher acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any contract concluded between the user and a center; it does not guarantee the services, prices or availability of the centers.

Use of the Platform is free for users. Centers may subscribe to a paid subscription, the terms of which are set out in the General Terms of Use and Sale.

Consulting the Platform is free. Subscriptions offered to partner centers are indicated in euros, exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated, and payable in advance via the methods available on the Platform. The full terms (trial, annual billing, change of plan) are set out in the General Terms of Use and Sale.

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days. However, this right does not apply once the execution of the service has begun with the express consent of the user.

Domiciliation Belgique commits to an obligation of means. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot be held liable for errors or omissions. The user remains responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Domiciliation Belgique shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, revenue or data.

In its capacity as an intermediary, the Publisher is not responsible for the services provided by the centers nor for the content published by the centers or users. Reviews must be fair and reflect a genuine experience; fake reviews are prohibited.

All content on the Platform (texts, images, logos, software) is protected by intellectual property rights and is the property of domiciliation-belgique. Reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and is available on the Platform.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
