How does company domiciliation work in Belgium and which documents are required?
Domiciling your company means setting your registered office at an approved center's address and then having your official mail managed there. The process takes a few days and requires few documents: an ID, a company document and the signed domiciliation agreement.

Domiciliation step by step
1) Choose a center and a city to match your needs (image, price, services). 2) Sign the domiciliation agreement and provide your documents. 3) Register or transfer the registered office to that address with the CBE — via a business one-stop shop for a sole trader, or a notary if the address is in a company's articles. 4) The center then receives your mail and processes it according to the chosen plan (notification, scanning, forwarding). Setting up a company can combine domiciliation and the notary visit on the same day.
Which documents to prepare?
For a sole trader or natural person: a valid ID. For a company: the articles or the enterprise number (CBE) and the identity of directors and beneficial owners (UBO). In all cases: the signed domiciliation agreement and, depending on the center, proof of personal address and a means of payment. The center keeps these items under its identification obligations (KYC).
