Domiciliation centers are also subject to anti-money-laundering legislation.
Is company domiciliation legal in Belgium?
Yes. The law allows a company to set its registered office at an address that is not its director's home, including with a domiciliation center. What matters is that the address is real, that official mail (FPS Finance, VAT, courts) is genuinely received and managed there, and that an agreement links the company to the center. A mere "mailbox" with no real management, by contrast, would be irregular.

In practice: (1) sign a written domiciliation agreement with the center authorising the use of the address as registered office; (2) choose a center that genuinely manages mail and keeps a register of domiciled companies; (3) register or transfer your registered office to that address with the CBE (via a business one-stop shop for a sole trader, or a notary if the office is stated in the company's articles). As a regulated entity, the center also performs identity checks (KYC) and identifies beneficial owners (UBO register).
